If you have you DC in Pisces and your 7th House Ruler is Neptune - would you be attracted to persons that are strongly Neptunian although their planets do not fall in your 7th House?Are we attracted to people where our own 7th House Ruler features prominently in their natal charts? And would that be comparable to planets in the 7th House ? IP: Logged |

For me yes!
My seventh house ruler is my crushs chart ruler. But also my dsc is his asc so I don’t know which affects most.
Also, in synastry we do not have much aspects to resonate the connection but we have lots of aspects to his chart ruler. That might resonate the connection, even though classic indicators are kind of missing. IP: Logged |

Thank you very much for your answer, this is really enlightening!  So it's not only the 7th House or its ruler, but also aspects to the chart ruler that are important for relating...I didn't know that, but it makes sense. My partner has DC in Pisces and I have a Neptune T-Square with Sun and Moon (in Virgo and Gemini, both mercurial). My Sag Mars is conjunct his 7th house ruler Neptune and my Venus is exactly sextile to it. His chart ruler Mercury (in Pisces) completes my T-Square to a mutable grand cross and we have a lot of Mercury dynamics going on besides that. IP: Logged |
