Soooo I met this person in high school, immediately felt drawn to him. I set aside that attraction and ended up dating someone else. At 18, we finally got together, but it lasted less than a month. Initially, I was very happy, but then it felt like everything I was ashamed of came back because we were from different worlds. I ended it.Years later, I think about him constantly, every day. Yeah the chart is expired but IME if you can't forget someone after that long, there is unhealed wounds and subconscious processing you still need to do. Reflect on why exactly he triggers you - the good, the bad, the ugly - and use it to guide your inner healing and growth. It's not about the other person; they are always a mirror.
