A good 70% of the time I find a guy I'm instantly, instictively attracted to, or very physically comfortable around, he has a Mars in Taurus. I'm a Taurus girlie (sun, mercury AND venus). Don't get me wrong, a good Cap Mars is very delicious once in a while too, but Mars Taurus is such a natural kind of chemistry. Gonna sound woo-woo, but it literally feels like our cells go together...like literally very genetically compatible. And just a sexual home in run. Why is that? IP: Logged |

Maybe because they compliment your Venus they make it "feel" good. You also might Natally have Mars/Aries in your 7th,5th or have Venus or Mars in your 1st or have other Mars aspects in your charts that makes you drawn to Mars types of relationships. That makes you like the heat from Mars. With a 1st house Mars or a Mars-Ascendant conjunction you might enjoy men who are more on the "aggressive" side or have no problem pursuing so you might enjoy when a man has his Mars activated in Synastry while with the 7th and 5th you might enjoy Mars types of relationships where the relationship might be heated or you might like Aries/Mars types of people. Well, I do have Venus in the 1st! (A 1H stellium actually--Sun, Mercury, Venus and Saturn). IP: Logged |

Is your Mars weak in the chart? You may unconsciously be seeking out someone who is very martian because of this.

I'll second a lot of what I'm reading here! I have Venus in Virgo (7th or 8th house depending on the system you use) and Mars in Leo (6th or 7th depending on the system you use). My Mars is also relatively weak in the chart.I find that people with Mars in Virgo, not necessarily conjunct my Venus by angle, assert themselves in the world and pursue what they want in a way that I find instinctually appealing. I would also suggest people look at how their Venus and/or Mars placements interact with generational placements. Because I'm of the Pluto in Sagittarius cohort, I'm often meeting people who's Pluto squares my Venus. You might also be responding to that sort of energy! IP: Logged |

Haha no wonder you like the heat from Mars influence in your relationships then when you have your own Venus (the planet of relationships) in the 1st and you are a very strong 1st houser too which is Mars/Aries house and their Mars compliments your Venus and makes it feel good too. They know how to approach you in the "right" way and "please" you in the right way because their Mars understands your Venus even with Caps you like them too and that is because they trine your Venus either through aspect or just by sign so they also have that similar way of approaching you in the "right" way.
