a person can find many aspects that say what the husband/wife will be like, what their married life will be like, but none of this confirms that the person will get married (these are aspects that everyone has in their charts). I would like to know which aspects confirm that the person will get married or the opposite that the person will not get married. Any help is appreciated, I thank you in advance

I don`t think it`s any such aspects but there might be indicators that someone might not want to get Married or if they do and there are transits that might suggest if a relationship might go to the next level or not. Like people with Aqua/Uranus in the 7th, Venus-Uranus aspects (esp hard aspects) Aqua or Sagittarius placements might not be that keen on Marriage. Saturn/Capricorn on Dsc might delay Marriage or just getting into a relationship because the person need to mature a bit when it comes to this area in their lives. 12th housers, Neptunians/Pisceans and esp Venus in Pisces/12th house or Venus-Neptune aspects and even 7th house Pisces/Neptune might delay Marriage too because they often find themselves involved in these non physical type of attractions with people whom they have these deep emotional connections with yet it never really turns into a "real" physical relationship or they might get involved with people who are troublesome and be in these "doomed" situations longer then they should. For transits i have heard that Jupiter in the 7th house for people who are already in a relationship might indicate taking the relationship to the next level and Saturn on Natal Venus might also have the person wanting to take their commitment to the next level.

With these aspects you might also attract or be attracted to people who don`t want to get Married.
