Hey,
I heard today that having personal planets aspecting the composite nodes indicates a karmic or important connection. My personal planets (Sun, Mars, Venus) as well as his Sun, Mars and Jupiter (who are opposite my said planets) all square the composite nodes. This is an interesting connection I have with this person. There is a strong pull but there is no romantic interest from my side as he is way too young for me.
Anyone an idea about this?

Interesting! Honestly I have something similar, the NN itself in the composite isn’t doing too much - but NN to natal is doing a ton. So, perhaps it is a lesson of sorts. Learning something about yourself, the connection pushing you towards your progress in terms of those planets?

Oh it's definitely a lesson. The composite sun also conjuncts the north node, as does mars. And in synastry his venus conjuncts my north node. I just wonder what the lesson could be?
I'm also curious if anyone looked at personal planets squaring the composite nodes, as I couldn't find anything about it on the internet really.

What I meant is I'm not interested in a romantic relationship due to his very young age. I mean my ex was younger than me, but this one is waaaayy younger lol.

Perhaps then just a good friend with whom you learn some lessons with haha - I’m interested in a much older man, but I’m 29 so I’m not too bothered 😂

Yes it is a friendly connection (with sexual undertones) but I cannot imagine a relationship if you know what I mean. I'm just very curious what all these aspects entail because I've never had anything like this so far in my life. With my ex I had a moon south node conjunction and the one before a mars south node conjunction. This one is the first NN themed connection

Hmm, the times I’ve experienced at least the NN in synastry I felt like that connection was a stepping stone on my path to something else - or to going towards something that’s meant for me. But that connection served as a catalyst or as an understanding to what I need or want… I guess it does depend on the planets, and I haven’t experienced comparing composite NN to natals before either, I’ve had an SN conjunct sun in composite before, and that r.ship was very much a karmic one paying off a debt… I’ve got NN square to Neptune and Uranus with a good friend that has a soul mate feeling to it… the person who I am semi interested in at least sexually ish now has only a square from Mercury to NN in the composite, but the composite to natals is strong to his chart especially… although I know that won’t turn into a relationship - it may be a fling but who knows. I’ve also tried to look up this NN comp to natal planets, even to natal NN but there’s like 0 information. I do imagine it’s a “skipped step” of sorts, not even sure what that means.

yeah it definitely feels like a stepping stone towards something new. My north node is in Leo on my second house cusp and I wonder how he would help me fullfil my NN? He is very forward with his affection and openly flirtatious while I'm definitely more aloof. Maybe being more open with my affections is something I can learn from him

I do think the Sun, Mars and Venus are very much sort of expressive planets? Mars about action, sun personal expression… Venus expressions of love/affection? The r.ship could be asking you to learn about that within yourself, showing you where you’ve perhaps not opened it up in the past?
