Having Saturn on an Ascendant can be harsh in a romantic relationship. Any thoughts on a work relationship in which 2 people team up to start a project off the ground?
Saturn person can be restrictive but also bring in the structure. Mars is energizing.

This person’s Saturn and Mars are on my Asc in Leo, opposite my Sun and Mercury. Can’t quite tell yet if this is a good thing or no

I just found this on astromatrix re Mars conj Asc:

“Additionally, this aspect can indicate a mutual involvement in professional endeavors. You may find yourselves collaborating and working together on projects that require a proactive and assertive approach. Your actions complement each other, leading to successful outcomes in your shared work or career pursuits.”

I don’t know about Saturn. In my experience, Saturn and work go well together. I don’t think I would be thrilled about Saturn on my Asc in a romantic relationship. In work, I appreciate structure and discipline. As long as it’s not oppressive or limiting.

saturn might make another person feel inadequate so beware. i had this at work and sometimes i treated him like a child. there might be an age gap as well.
