Hi, I’m studying me and this person’s chart where we have his Mars exactly square my ASC, what I’m wondering is how exactly will it show up since his Mars is in a passive sign, it’s in Libra. This aspect is known to make the Mars person act aggressive towards ASC but how? If the Mars person doesn’t express their Mars with aggression naturally? Will it just be passive aggression? Also his Mars in his natal chart is positively aspected, no negative aspects surprisingly. BTW my ASC is in Cancer, for extra context. IP: Logged |

I personallly would not date someone whose Mars squares my ascendant, no matter the sign in which his/her Mars was in. The ascendant symbolizes the physical body. To have someone's action principle at odds or at war with my physical body? No bueno! IP: Logged |

Nope.By the way, transit Mars has now entered Libra. So at some point, it is going to conjunct that person's Mars and square your ascendant. Perhaps you will get your question answered and I hope all goes well. Keep us updated. IP: Logged |

I experienced Mars square my Ascendant at my current workplace with a former team manager. The person in question was actually my primary trainer and mentor at work. He has a natal Mars conjunct Neptune, which is also conjunct his Ascendant, and both his Mars and Neptune formed a square to my natal Ascendant. He was definitely a high-energy, high-strung individual. Interestingly, he came from a military background, which he said he really enjoyed. That definitely showed in his personality: he was disciplined, routine-oriented, and had a kind of no-nonsense attitude that reminded me of a drill instructor. But despite being a bit strict and set in his ways, he was incredibly patient and dedicated when it came to training me. He taught me pretty much everything I know today in that job. What stood out most was how energizing and motivating his presence was for me. Even though Mars square Ascendant can be abrasive or combative in some cases, in my case it manifested more like tough love challenging, but ultimately productive. IP: Logged |
