I don’t know his exact birth time, but yeah. Met in beginning of September, and already very much smitten with each other. Add into the fact that we both met on holiday in another country and also live in 2 different countries LMAO. We’ve already met in the middle once in for another vacation this past October. Both speak different languages but each others fluently. Idk lolsynastry (i am inner wheel, he is outer wheel):

Since we don’t know the exact houses in synastry, I would say his mars square your Saturn attracted him to you (he wants to impress, which could go both ways with these two planets), and his sun square your Venus attracted you to him .I don’t personally like Venus/saturn connections be it in synastry or composite (your case), because it’d overall make for a bumpy and rough relationship for the most part, mainly causing dissatisfaction in the long run for the female in the relationship, unless there’s Jupiter aspects at the same time to mitigate it. There’s Jupiter conjuct Mercury in the composite and trine mars in synastry, but I guess it’d be up to the female to decide if cheerful conversations are enough to make up for the overall disappointment in love (or struggling to fall in love in the relationship). Because your Venus is in Taurus you’ll probably find out with aging that love means a lot to you and you can’t live without it. Most Taurus people have high standards in love and they won’t stand for being disrespected or stay in an unfulfilling connection.
