Topic: Progressed x Natal Synastry

Guy I've know as a friend for almost 6 years now and I have a rather interesting progressed x natal contacts.In the initial synastry/composite we have strong 6h natal connections and only his natal V/M fall in my natal 7th. The progressed chart ALSO does not speak of relationship and romance (6h stellium). But here it gets wild. In the years following us being friends his Sun progressed to my natal DSC and is currently EXACT on it. His progressed Venus is conj my natal Venus, square natal Mars.
My progressed Sun has been on his natal DSC line at the beginning of us meeting and has been in his natal 7h ever since (and I interpreted this as me trying to find him a friend of mine to date (Aqua prog Sun, Aqua natal DSC things) as this is our "dynamic" and i am more of a wingperson or someone you go to for relationship advice in his head) but now my progressed Venus is about to conj his natal DSC and natal Jupiter, and my progressed Mars and Jupiter are sextile his natal V/M.
my progressed moon is about to conj his natal Saturn and his progressed Moon is about to conj my natal Moon.
So, yeah....i sense a shift coming? I've been seeing him as a potential suitor since last year, but we had a friendship fallout in the summer and it has not been the same since. He wants to keep in touch and see each other still, but ig won't make a move. Oh, and on the progressed composite the Aries Moon is about to square Cap Mercury and then conj Aries Saturn, so idk what i should expect especially since this tells me if i admit my desire to date him it might fall apart. Any guidance would be helpful, books on Composite x Natal contacts as well. (i find those hard to find) As far as the astrology is concerned if i didn't know the situation and lived it it's an open shut case, but i still get confused. IP: Logged |

to anyone who might stumble upon this topic in the future, i want to give the rundown of what happened after my initial post - i cut ties and our friendship, our connection, everything is over.
That strong 7H energy, because we were not a couple, went to waste in a sense. Do i believe we could've been a good couple? Idk, sure.
BUT! BUT! BUT! in the synastry and composite we had a very clear 6H in red, underlined. 6H dealings, above all. And what I've learned is that both sides MUST give and serve the other, or the relationship will fall apart. In our specific case, I was the one offering services, guidance, etc. He, in all actuality, didn't do anything for me. EVER. So, i ended up resenting him and telling him goodbye just as our progressed composite 9h Aries Moon squred Cap Venus (you guessed it) in 6th house. It was not a fight, sure, some feelings might've been hurt, but no fighting, no bad language, no slammed doors, the square showed us an inner (or outer) push for change, and it happened - whatever we had ended.
