moon trine saturn(+), but is a separating aspect.(-)
Usualy separating aspect refers to a past event.
Saturn is rx,(+) means that he will return to a previous stage(of comming back i hope)
Saturn in scorpio is peregrine, it has no power at all.(-)

Loadedpistil you were spot on. It's been 9 weeks and he's moving in this week. When he was meant to move in before we had a huge fight. It never happened. Now it's happening though
