No, the answer is not a no. If the aspect is positive, expect a yes. By detriment do you mean essential or accidental? ------------------

Sorry about this...if you don't mind what do you mean by accidental or essential? The horary has venus in aries and mars in libra and it says next to it detriment which I gather that it weakens the energy of the planet bc is in a sign that is opposite its natural ruler.. I am learning so many new things this past week or so..dispositor, final dispositor, intercepted houses and planets, peregrine... What would make it accidental or essential? IP: Logged |

The planets you mentioned have essential detriment. This usually refers to personality, physical body etc . Accidental debility would be placement in a cadent or malefic house. That refers to the planet's power to act, to bring about the things you ask about. ------------------
