I'm very new to this, so I may be wrong... but it doesn't look good. No.

I wonder if the Sun in the 7th could mean something though, but not sure at all.

There are very few things that make a chart unreadable , honestly, I think you can read every chart , anyway, Saturn in 1 is a warning that if you read the chart yourself you need to be more careful, might make mistakes, overlook something, normally Saturn in one puts a hold on things, that is part of the reading. I would like to see that chart that you put aside if you still have it.

Saturn is in 12. The chart is fit to judge.

------------------
Leo ♌️ Sun, (2nd House), Venus (3nd House)
Scorpio ♏ Moon,Mars,Saturn (5th House)
Cancer ♋ Rising
Svātī Nakshatra

The first chart is readable. The problem with Saturn in 1st and retro is that what you predict will come to pass in a way that makes you regret it did OR what you hope for, you will not come to you at all regardless of the reading otherwise. This does not apply if Saturn is one of the significators.

The 1st chart is fit to be judged.

My answer here is probably as Mercury is a translation of light between Mars and Venus. However, the relationship may be far away, or fall below your expectations.

So it's a stricture against judgement but it's still readable? Teach me Master

In this case which on of the charts will be more accurate then? The on with Saturn in 1st or on 12th?

The one with Saturn on the 12th may lead to something right? Mars and Moon will sextile...

Right,, there we go.
Now, the Moon is VOC in this chart, and on a critical degree, Mercury is going R in a few days, so for communication not great, and then of course that Saturn sitting in 1 although is in reception with mars, his significator. But Mars is weak in this chart.
Ascendant in the Via Combusta and on critical degree and last 3 degrees, .......
The node in 1 is the only thing in this chart that looks sort of okay.
Is he single, Venus there, he might have another one?
I don’t see a relationship developing. Sorry ,

This first one is fit to be judged and should be read.

It's not a stricture at all. It's a warning. A stricture prevents the chart from being read.

About the ascendant, it's a matter of opinion. 27 on the nose? I say go for it since the planetary hour rules the ascendant by triplicity. Venus was the planetary hour which rules Libra-an air sign and more importantly the Ascendant itself . Venus hour is a perfect time to ask love questions.
Moon is NOT void of course. It applies a trine to Venus as it leaves Leo and my answer is STILL "no".
