I have been having strange symptoms that could be cysts, endometriosis or somethings more serious. I have a family history of cancer and have reason to think that, among other conditions, cancer is a possibility. I know that astrology isn't meant to be diagnostic, etc. I have a doctor's appointment scheduled and hopefully will find out for sure the answers for sure, but I;ve had to wait so long and they've gotten worse and sometimes doctors can't be relied on to catch things in time, so if I have reason to push for more i will. Anyway, here is the chart if you guys don't mind helping. I have a minimal understanding of horary but I'll provide what I think or see. This is also a wonderful opportunity to learn more about horary Thanks

I asked if I have ovarian cancer or about the state of my health in general

My significator is venus (also ruler of eights), in its own sign so relatively strong but opposed saturn deposited by mars so debilitated? and venus is in the eighth house os transformation/death/disease?

Mars is conjunct my ASC, square pluto and jupiter and opposite Uranus which doesn't look good. The ruler of my sixth is jupiter, a benefc in its exaltation, but square mars and uranus, sextile my significator. The moon is approaching an opposition with mercury, ruler of my twelfth, having just entered capricorn the sign of its detriment.

To be honest I can't tell if I'm fine now but something unexpected and sudden like an accident will happen, its an illness, nothing is wrong, I can't tell...

I know how horrible this feeling is, I thought I had cancer about a month and a half ago, cervical cancer. I don't and I don't think you do, either.

See, in horary we usually disregard planets past Saturn. They do color the picture but they cannot bring about actions. I see you worried and concerned, even though you are in good health, I think - Venus is in domicile and Jupiter, sig for your health, is in exaltation. It is true, Venus is in the 8th, that speaks to me more about the mental anguish you are experiencing, not about a disease. Because both Venus and Jupiter (both are benefics, mind you) have essential dignity, I do not suspect a serious illness. Jupiter above all also has accidental dignity, being placed in the 10th. The opposition between Venus and Saturn is separating, it is moving out of your life, it is something in the recent past, so don't worry about it. In horary, we appreciate applying aspects more than the separating ones, as application is something in the future, something that needs to happen yet. I do hope you noticed the lovely sextile between Venus and Jupiter! It is applying and made by 2 benefics, both with essential dignity, one with accidental dignity (Jup) AND there is also mutual reception (they are both in each other's term, which is good).

Thank you so much for looking at it Cancer wouldn't have crossed my mind in a million years until this last sixth months. It does hurt pretty badly, but I'm sure its just cysts or something similar. I'm sorry about your scare and I'm so glad you're okay! Thanks again

Cancer rarely hurts in early phases, it becomes painful in the last ones. There are several causes, my guess is an infection (they hurt the worst) and because you're placed in the 8th - possible STD and/or PID (pelvic inflammatory disease). Complete healing will occur in max 4 weeks from when you asked the question.
