Again, I'm a newbie, but I don't think that necessarily mean he's hiding someone. That's your 12th house not his, I think jupiter there could indicate your hidden desires/dream of you two "romantically together". He has the sun in his 5th, which in this case also represents you. His 5th is also ruled by mercury which I think is conjunct the sun (can't tell if it's applying or sep though). If the question included you, I think there's enough to link you two together and you being his interest.

What was the exact question?

I also see he has venus in his 4th taurus, which I THINK would represent you as the querent. Saturn (him) is in your 4th as well. Mars which rules your 4th is in libra, which is ruled by again venus in his 4th. Not sure if this is significant, but it could be positive depending of what you were asking. I see a lot of these" receptions" in this chart. I think it could mean you're into each other and feel very comfortable and at home. I also read somewhere that when you want to look at the end of a situation, you can look at the 4th house because it represents the end of things. And you both end up in each other's 4th house, so that should be good. This is where I read it:

One concern, which I am also trying to figure out about my chart, is Saturn Rx since it represents him. Not sure how to interpret that.

What caught my eye, and again I could be wrong, is that mercury/sun conjunction in his 5th. And you are the sun.
It could be he has someone else on the side or focused on "flings" and you'll find out about it hence the conjunction? Is that conjunction applying? Sorry the image is too blurry when I zoom in. Also, I don't see any major bonding aspects between the sun and saturn. Moon is in your 5th. Neptune is in your 7th, which I think would explain your doubts. Mercury is in cancer so ruled by the moon.

I do see some good between you two as well though. I think you have a sun trine DSC too, is that applying?

Yeah that's interesting. The only other thing I can think of is that he's the sun and not you since you weren't part of the question, but it's a stretch. I think you're automatically part of it. Maybe you two will cross paths soon...that's also a possibility.

If you throw yourself into this chart, you are definitely the sun, and since the sun signifies you, you can't really use it as his co-sig. I think it's more likely you'll meet her or cross paths with her at some point. So I agree, I think you'll find out about her.
