I started from the very beginning, from the day I finished my masters' degree. For my final project I worked for 6 months in a company (without income, just for the sake of a scientific research), and I always thought I would continue working there afterwards. But it didn't happen, and it was very frustrating because they proposed me a job, then they said the offer was off the table, and in the end proposed again and 2 days before the "contract" finished they took it of the table again. They did say that if they continued their research on that subject they would call me before even posting a job offer for the public. It's been almost a year now, but I always thought I would end up there.

So, before anything else, before I start sending CV's again like a desperate person, I need to know, are they going to call me?

You're saturn rx, they're mars (detriment) since scorpio rules your 10th. No aspects between the two. If we consider the moon as your cosig, there's only a sep trine like you said, which puts you two in the past. If we consider your 6th house (although I don't think it applies), mercury doesn't make any aspects either. If we consider the 7th as their house, they would be the moon, which squares saturn (applying). We could even look at your 3rd house, since you're waiting for a call, but again, it's ruled by mars, so I don't see much there.

Honestly, I think they're mars, so I'd go with the first scenario, but no matter how we read it I don't see it happening I could be totally wrong though. I also think you're both weak since saturn is rx and mars detriment, so maybe that confirms it's out of your hands. Maybe they'd like to hire you, but can't.
