We broke up a little while ago and he's really trying but I don't know my heads all over the place. I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing by not giving it another go.

Anyway I did a horary on it, he's in my first so does that mean he's thinking about me? I'm in 8th so death? End of things? My moon in7th so does it signify me thinking about it or thinking about a new relationship? My moon is aspecting the 5th house of romance so maybe that's a new interest? I'm unsure. Can anyone help me with this one? I know there's no aspect between us as such but I'd like help with the rest of the story here please x

I'm fairly new to horary, so I won't be able to tell you the "whole" story.

I wanted to give you my insight on the topics you mentioned though.

He's in the first house, but I'm not sure it means that he's thinking about you. He's in Libra though, in detriment, and you're Venus, in Taurus, dignified.
This is telling that you're having the upper hand on the matter of the question.

Probably. You ended the relationship, right? If so, it makes sense. Or it could also mean that as things are right now, it is having a really transformative effect on you. Embrace it!

Yes, you're concerned about it. It doesn't necessarily mean you're thinking about a new relationship per se with someone specific.

The moon is aspecting neptune. This planet doesn't usually represent someone. I think maybe it's telling that you're idealizing romance and through imagination, though it's completely unconscious.

There are no aspects, so you know what it means! I wish I could go further but I'm really not the right person.
Mars being in the first could also mean this issue will resolve itself rather quickly, with a mix of hurtful stuff. But it is also his significator so not sure to what extent this applies...

You are libra/venus, he's aries/mars. I could be wrong, but since mars is his main sig, I think it may be good mars is in 1st. I think it means he's into you; however, in libra he's in a weak position. Now, venus is 8th taurus (dignified and detriment); moon in 7th taurus, which I think it means you care about him too. Also, moon is exalted and accidentally dignified. His cosig is the sun in 9th gemini.

Now, since you're not asking whether you will or won't, but if you should...that's tricky:-) not sure if looking at aspects will give you the best answers. I mean I see a separating sextile between the sun and moon, so I assume that's you two breaking up, but it's sextile, not a square or opposition.

I see the moon making two applying aspects to neptune and pluto, someone should tell you if they mean something, I'm not that good at all. I think there's some reception and you are definitely more in power. This relationship is more up to you than him since mars is not doing well in libra; sun is ok, but nothing great. Venus is good and bad, but moon is doing well soo to me you're in a better position.
