When you say "where I want to live", are you referring to a house/apartment, or you mean it geografically, like a city/vilage?

Ok, so there's another important thing... is this place abroad? Or relatively far away comparing where you're living now?

Its in a different city. Not far. The school I want to attend online is in the same city and also I would want to start school in the same time frame.

Ok, I'm sorry for asking so many questions but it was necessary to find out the appropriate house.

Note that I'm also new to horary, so I could be wrong!

So you are Saturn, in the 9th, and the "place you want to move in" is Mercury Rx, in the 5th. There're no aspects between them. But your co-ruler, the Moon, is aspecting it. So this could mean a Yes, but I'm sure there's more to it given Mercury is Rx and Moon has already passed the point of perfected sextile. But I really don't know how to interpret that.

Another thing that pops in the chart is Neptune in the 1st house. This could mean you're not seeing the situation realistically, indicating there is delusion going on.

There's also the Sun in conjunction with Mercury. Could it be you're also interested moving to this place because of a man?

This is as far as I can go, wait for some inputs from someone more experienced

No, there is no man. I would be moving with my cousin and her child. What do you think of the aspects to uranus as its also the coruler of aquarius?

Thanks for your help btw!

That Sun has to represent something important, not sure what though :/

No, in traditional astrology there's no co-ruler, every sign has only 1.

I'm not sure. There is no man in my life.
