Good morning all,

I have applied to over a dozen jobs - many prior to the Mercury retrograde - and I was wondering if I'd get one of them.

I am very unhappy at my current job (miserable, actually) and my boss is resigning to go back to school in mid-July, and not only is she the best boss, she is my only ally here.

How does it look? Thank you in advance...

Hello downtomars!

I want to start by saying that I know how frustrating is working in a bad environment, hang in there!

I'm not an expert at horary, but I will help as I can.

So, your signified by Mercury, but so is "the job". In this case, you take your co-significator, the Moon. I know that when the querent and quesited take the same significator a look at the almuten can be helpful in giving us more options. And for a few degrees of Gemini, Saturn can be co-almuten along with, again, Mercury. But I'm not sure about this, so I'm really hoping someone experienced can hop in because there are very few contacts here...

Anyway, "the job", Mercury Rx, is in it's own sign, so it's dignified, and on top of that it's on the 10th. I think it's coming, for sure.
But we can't ignore that it's retrograde, and I think it doesn't matter that you applied to those jobs prior to Rx movement, it's when you ask the question that matters. The job being Rx can mean a lot of things.
There could be delays, but when it's direct again it's like booooom. This job could be an old job you're returning to, or you just go for another job and the company you're at asks you to come back to them. It's tricky and I'm sorry I can't help any further.

There are no aspects between moon and mercury so, plainly it's a no. But I think there's more to it in this case. Also, moon is moving towards it, looking for a conjunction, but it's in a cadent house although in a mutable sign. So we're talking about middle to long terms.

I wish I could go further but it's too much for me.

Hang in there!
