Hi,all.I haven`t been in a relationship for a long time, because I was completely focused on my education and I needed to distance myself from people.
I realize that I`m wrong and I want to change.
Recently,I met a guy who is very intriguing to me,but we are just acquaintances.I want to make the first move,so should I?
I would appreciate your help.

I'm torn! I wanna say yes since you have jupiter (him) applying that sextile to the AC, but I also see it applying a square to mars. Also, see sun applying opposition to pluto...apparently, pluto can help describe the person in horary.

I'm new to horary, so just wait until someone else tells you what they think. Sorry, I couldn't be more help.

There is a stricture in the chart. Moon is combust sun. That is a malific influence. Usually means the chart can't be read so I'd wait, meditate on it, and then ask again at a later time.

So,I have to wait?
Is there a right time for asking a horary question?

No, there isn't a right time. There's a reason some charts can't be read or have to be read with extra care.

Some people still read charts like this, but it's normally not positive. I didn't notice the moon at first, but Tgem is right, the moon is very important in horary.
