Right off the bat I see that Venus and Mars aren't making any aspects so that could mean no action on neither of our parts but is it significant that his significator is in my first house? Is that because I'm thinking about him?

I don't know, I think he likes you at some level not sure it's the same level you'd like it to be. I heard squares are difficult aspects, but if you work for it you can get good results.

I thought moon in combust is when it's at 15 degrees libra to 15 degrees Scorpio? I know Mars in Libra is detriment, but I just realized Mars is Combust too or does that not count?

Just basing it off of my untrained eyes, I'd say he may have a little interest but isn't happy about it or doesn't want to be? lol I'm just throwing out guesses at this point.
