Will Querent (venus) case be dismissed/closed or legal issues end in querent's favor?

I see a grand cross and kite involving some of the angles in the grand cross. I see querent which is venus in the 9th, the house of legal issues and Mars which is the government in the first house trining querent which I think is a good indicator but concerned about the grand cross and what the kite means in this instance...

Its an interesting horary chart for sure. Would love as much input as possible.

I think the case will be solved for the querent! 9th house is the house of law, but for legal action (open adversary) I will look at the 7th. Ruler of the 7th is in the 1st, ruled by Venus and Venus applies to trine, so it points to a favorable outcome.

BTW though - is a settlement on the table? I think the other party will like to settle. It might be a good idea, because I am a little worried about Moon in the 12th pointing to something hidden coming out and having as last aspect a square to Jupiter. It makes me think like the win will be a little tangled, perhaps the querent will lose money in the process or some prestige due to this legal action.

Thanks a lot for your input.

Querent/party did collaborate once a lawyer was in the picture and everything seems to indicate that charges will not be placed and lawyer feels the outcome will be positive but yes the querent did already lose a lot in the process money and possessions wise so at this point a desired outcome would be not getting charged.

I see, that makes sense! But I think the outcome this time will be positive so good luck to whomever asked!
