Even with Saturn in the 1st, he likes you. His significator is in the sign you rule. Actually, there's mutual reception, so mutual liking here. There'll be a contact between the two of you in 2 days/weeks/months. With Saturn in 1st, I'd say months or years, as Saturn is delay.
