Total newbie when it comes to horary but I really want to learn. If I screwed up the chart, let me know.

So basically my health has gone seriously downhill and I'm looking for any sort of help. I'm no astrology genius, but I'm pretty sure Saturn in 8th and Chiron near the ASC is...not good. If I need to post other asteroids I can do that as well.

The answer is not clear because moon is at the very beginning of a sign. But looking at the ruler of the ascendant and 6th house (health), we see that they are both conjunct. The ruler of the ascendant is exalted, conjuncting the ruler of the 6th. So to me things look positive and I think you will recover soon.
