However I believe there are some hroary readers who wouldn´t consider the Moon as co-ruler of the signfiicator as it is so important for the course of events. I do though, has worked in the past for me at least. Here it would means that he likes your emotional being (ASC-ruler would be more all encompassing). IP: Logged

I've always read that Moon is really important in horary.. and if it's in a good position (Moon in Cancer/ Taurus / Pisces and Sag) could mean a yes to the question even if there is nothing else positive in the chart. I'd like to ask something more please. Moon is going to make an aspect with Mercury as soon as it' ll change sign to Pisces.. Does it mean anything? I also heard that Sun is a co-ruler for a guy (like here).. Also Sun is in the same sign as Mercury (him). Both Sun and Mercury want Moon And Sun in here is the ruler of 9th house (his 3rd house).. So could Sun be his co-ruler? If yes Sun is going to conjuct Jupiter which is me.. But it won't. because Jupiter is going to change sign.. What does this mean?
