Topic: Some Career Advice Please!

Wanting to know if I am on the right track. I am a singer/songwriter and I'm wondering if there is going to be any success coming my way - and if so are you able to tell me when? I'm going a little nuts and this career is my lifeline. I'm hoping for the best! TIA!   IP: Logged |

Saturn is sitting in your 1st house so this is a stricture meaning the chart shouldn't be read...even so, you're mars which is in detriment in Libra and sitting in your 12th house which isn't positive...I'd wait a bit and cast another chart. IP: Logged |

Hmm. For me, Saturn in 1st is not a stricture, unless the querent is the astrologer who's gonna read the chart. What Saturn in 1st can be for the querent (when the astrologer is someone else, therefore ruled the 7th house) is delays, obstacles and even an outright no answer. Moon is Void here, though. And THAT is a stricture. Gonna do a quick assessment of the significators just to practice. I have you as Mars, the career as Sun and the music itself as Jupiter. Jupiter looks good; it's being received by the Sun by rulership and triplicity and it's dignified by term. Music career looks solid. You in the 12th... not very good, although this lands credit to the fact that you're still an unknown singer by the larger public. In the 12th, you're in detriment and accidently debilitated. Perhaps you're being too mellow and easy-going about this pursuit. You need to go after what you want and be agressive. Make your own way to get where you wanna be, instead of relying on others to get your message accross. Basically, from this chart, I'd say it's gonna take a bit longer for your music career to take off. You can speed this process along if you change your attitude, though. When you move into Scorpio in 5 units of time, you should see a difference. IP: Logged |

Awesome! Glad it made sense. With Saturn Rx in 1st and you in the 12th, I'd say years. So, you'll change your approach and drive in 5 years. ------------------
