Hey Choc!

Please, check the degree of the 5th house cusp. If it's higher than 7º45, then yes, you'll have a chance soon. If it's lower, then nothing on the near future.
Horary is for short term outcomes. You can't tell if you'll be a cat lady for the rest of your life... for that matter take a look on the natal chart maybe
