Saturn (him) is applying a trine to Mercury (his children's house). That would be a yes. Made stronger by his second child's ruler being in his 5th house (along his first child's ruler and POF). Moon's last aspect is a trine to Mars. Conducive to a harmonious action on his part to get her pregnant.

Didn't look at dignities nor reception. The possible second baby is Venus, btw. You can check these if you want with the table of dignities and debilities and see how they interact with one another.

Fille- I am soooo VERY sorry you are having a stressful time. I have been in your shoes before (used to cram all the time for exams) so I Completely understand and I apologize if I made you upset or offended you as that was not my intent AT ALL! I appreciate you giving me your reasoning - I didnt realize the extent. Thank you for taking a look at this. I hope you will consider helping me interprete horaries in the future when you are a little less busy as I am trying to learn horary and I have read some of your interpretations of other horaries and have been quite impressed with your conclusions. Good luck with your exams and I hope things settle down with your family. ❤
