I already know the basics of astrology, but no other article I found that tells anything else.I know how to read horary questions, but the professional horary astrologers can find answers from stuff you never thought of. This post is not for explaining stuff like "if the ascendant is late or early, you can't read the chart" because I already know that. I also know when is the void of course moon, and that we should look a the ruler of the houses the question is about, and look at the aspect, etc. I also know the essential dignities. If you can tell more fun facts about horary other than the basics, I would love to hear that. Thank you. xx ------------------ Mia x IP: Logged |

I think the best way to learn horary is from old charts with known outcomes. I made my own rules for reading based on that, because the classic ones didn't stick. My manner of reading is KISS (keep it simple, stupid) lol and matter-of-fact-ly/logical. It is easy to get lost in horary rules and miss the story behind the question completely. What you always need to remember is that astrology is symbolical, it talks to you in subtle hints. Two planets in a partile conjunction? Probably a couple. A planet in the quesited's house? Someone living under their roof or visiting them/spending a lot of time there - usually a child or a partner. Those are of course possibilities. Sometimes they're obvious, other times you have to dig deep to see them. There was a thread here some time ago about sharing horaries with known outcomes and I thought I could make one as well, something like a contest to stimulate our minds (my Mercury in Aries would dig it lol). Unfortunately for me it's not the best time for that right now, as I have to study for my Board exam and need the better part of my brains elsewhere. But I strongly support sharing those types of charts between you guys. I'll bump in every now and then to say hi. ------------------ ~the raving one dancing in the nude~ IP: Logged |
