I cast a horary chart for that question. The question was - will we ever get together as a couple?

I'm Saturn, he's Moon.

Moon is applying to Saturn in an opposition of 4 degrees. Does that mean yes or no, considering the aspect is hard? Is it possible to tell from this, how long should i wait for that to happen if it is going to?
