So in this horary 
1st H is in Gemini so I am Mercury in Libra in my 5th H and in his 11th H.. 
What does that mean?

7th H is in Sag so he is Jupiter in Leo 
in his 9th H and in my 3rd H. 
Again.. What do these mean??

Mercury (me) and Jupiter (him) are going to make a sextile. Is that a yes?

Let's see the Moon (me and the question) 
It's in Sag (I've read it's a good position for horary) in my 7th H and in his 1st H.. ????

*Sag is ruled by Jupiter (him) so it's obvious I am interested in him.. 
** I'seen many times giving the Sun as a second significator for a man.. So if that's true.. He's interested in me too.. (Sun in Virgo ruled by Mercury which is Me)

I want your opinion please 
and if possible the explanation of planets in the houses because I don't understand their meanings in horary
