As far as I can tell, Sun sextile Saturn looks promising. But Moon opposes POF, which could mean that he won't get a good price.

Don't think so.

Your brother is Mercury in his 2nd house. His house is Saturn in his 2nd, too. Possible buyer I read to be his 7th, Jupiter. There are no aspects happening between any of them, although I think Mercury and Saturn are parallel, but I'd have to check the declination as I'm not sure sure.

His finances are in his 12th, dignified by term and face. Looks like he has some secret stash of money or belongings he'll be accessing soon (as Venus is moving towards his axis and into his 1st house).

Good to know that he can access money from somewhere. I don't think he has a secret stash - it's just property. So, could it be that someone helps him in another way - a loan perhaps?

I agree that it doesn't look like he's going to sell it, but I do see help - from a sibling, ha! Do you have other brothers or sisters? And the help is financial, I can't give opinion on the sum though.
