Hi there, well you are the sun, co-ruler the moon. I made him jupiter, the ruler of your 5th house of romantic interests. He is in your 1st and in dignity by triplicity so it shows he is strongly on your mind right now. Your 3rd house ruler mercury does not aspect his 3rd house ruler Saturn. So since there is no aspect, it means no action. Also the moon is in via combusta so there is a stricture in the chart. The last aspect the moon makes before leaving it's sign is an applying sextile to venus but unfortunately the moon will make an applying conjunction to Saturn first which confirms again no communication. 4th house from your 3rd as to the "end of the matter" again is Saturn which is peregrine and in your 4th house of endings so unfortunately, I say "no" there will not be any further communication between you two. After briefly looking at the chart I would agree with Tgem, unfortunately. My way of reading is unorthodox though so take it with a grain of salt.

All I saw was him at home being secretive and keeping his distance in Socrpio, the 4th (being comfortable) but your ruler in the 3rd house of communication which made me feel you were more ready and eager to talk than he is.

Whats your opinion about giving him Jupiter and Mars as lords of 9th H (his 3rd)?
Not trying to make your "no" a "yes"
In fact I agree with you.. I mean this horary looks a super "no" to me too.
I was really surprised that so many told me it's a yes. Even if he's 5th H or 7th H they say that is a yes for sure.

Hm, I'm not sure how they'd get the yes for 5th or 7th as your rulers aren't aspecting? I also have to learn more about lords and all of that. What I know of horary is jumbled and amateur at best, however...Tgem said his 3rd house ruler is Saturn (maybe she meant Saturn is in his 3rd house?) But either way you spin the wheel from the 7th house I don't see it. Maybe this is where Mars comes in...

Okay looking at his 5th house ruler in your third, ai could see this as a yes. I think what triggers the "no" is the assumption you would like him to initiate contact. Does that matter at all to you or would you be willing to start the conversation?

So.. in my opinion.. I am Sun and he is Saturn. (I always take 7th H for any kind of relationship with a guy.. I mean even flert)
Sun isn't going to make any aspect soon enough with Saturn.. So No.
Moon is not in a good position at all..
And it isn't going to aspect Saturn too..
So no aspects means No to me..

According to others' opinions
Let's begin with me being the 1st H of course and him?being the 7th H..

My 3rd is ruled by Mercury and Venus

If we see 9th H (his 3rd) it's ruled by Jupiter and Mars..

Jupiter (him) being in the 1st H and going to make an aspect with Mars (him) it's like he wants to make a move but he is not sure about it (like he is afraid) or that he is thinking of me but doesn't do anything about it..

Jup wants Sun

even if we take him as 5th house it's?exactly the same Jup is his co-ruler and he loves Sun

Im both cases Sun is going to make a sextile with Mars and Moon is going to make a square with Jupiter.

You're included your 5th house, but that would be his 10th house I thought. Not his 3rd. Aries, though, that's his 3rd, yes.

First Case: Him being the 5th H - ruled by Jupiter
*Some told me that in this case Mars is his co-ruler because it's in the 5th H..
and his 3rd house is 7th H ruled by Saturn.

Second case: Him being the 7th H - ruled by Saturn.. his 3rd is 9th H in Pisces so it's ruled by Jupiter.. But 9th H also contains full sign of Aries in it so he is co ruled by Mars too.

I'm not sure that's how Horary works...it's like saying both Sagittarius and Capricorn are your DSC (for example) when there can only be one DSC no matter how wide the angle is.

I don't use the 7th unless there has been some kind of relationship, but if you do use him as the 7th, then he is Saturn. His 3rd is ruled by jupiter in your first and your 3rd is ruled by mercury. No aspect between jupiter and mercury but with jupiter in your first, it looks like you would initiate contact with him. Moon would be making an applying conjunction to Saturn which would confirm that. You are in strong accidental dignity being in his 10th so yes, he has positive feelings toward you. So in the end, if any communication occurs between you two, I agree it will come from you.
