I need more input because so far you and your mother are in the same place but it's someone else's house?
Is this a place you are willing to buy or is this a rental?

Saturn is not doing anything bad in your horary chart.

Ok let's see:

Your question: "Will we move into this property?"

We = Your and your mother; house = 1.

Property = Land; house = 4.

Now, to see whether you will move into this property with your mother, we simply need to check if the rulers of these two houses are aspecting each other. The stronger, the better. It's as simple as that. We don't need to look at anything else maybe except the moon.

Is saturn and venus aspecting? = No.

The answer is NO.

Also, we have another thing that signifies that nothing will happen, nothing will come out from this matter. And that is the moon, since it is at the very end of a sign.

The position of moon comes first, then the aspects. If the moon is in fall, in the last degrees, it's the end of the matter. It means nothing hoped will happen. Aspects, especially a sextile would not make the matter better unfortunately. Sorry. :/
