Okay, let me try - since it's work we look at the 10th house which is ruled by Saturn. My sig is Venus, Venus and Saturn don't even aspect. I think the moon is also VOC because Pluto is too far away in degrees to aspect it, right? So the chart isn't fit to be read?

Hi Hanna!
Ok yes, you're venus and the job is Saturn. Moon is not VOC because it is making a 1 degree applying trine to Jupiter. However, Saturn has no dignity being peregrine and in a cadent house. Moreover, Saturn is in Venus's detriment so I would say "no" you wouldn't be happy working there.

Why's are really tough. Horary charts are best used for "yes"/ "no" questions. I personally haven't mastered why's yet in horary. I think that question would be best answered by tarot

It means that not only does it have no essential dignity but it does not express itself well at all in that sign. It is usually interpreted as a bad thing..in this case, something will be wrong with the job, you won't like it, or maybe you won't even get the job at all.
