I've trying to learn horary and I'm curious why you used 5th house ruler and not 7th? I thought 7th house was always used for any partnership Qs? Thanks

Do you mean "will she tell you?" Well let me put it this way...your 3rd house ruler of communication (Saturn) is parallel her 3rd house of communication (mercury) so I would say there will definitely be communication between you two and it will be talked about. Also, her mercury is contra-parallel jupiter so again, yes I do believe she will tell you.

Hi there, the reason why I didn't use the 7th is because they are not currently in any type of partnership, close friendship or otherwise. From what I interpreted, it sounded like they just knew each other through mutual contacts and it sounded more like a crush situation.

If he had told me they were good friends, I would have used his 11th, if he told me they were kinda dating or sort of together, I would have used his 7th, but he seemed to indicate that he just knew her and didnt really know where he stood with her, but he had a romantic interest in her. Make sense? Maybe someone else would have chosen another house but when first reading it, my first thought was a romantic interest 5th house thing.

Hey there...ok well why don't you ask her? Honesty is the best policy. Tell her you feel like she's been a little reserved.. And ask her if dating her cousin has something to do with it? I learned a long time ago flat out communication is THE BEST way to clear up any possible mis-understandings...I learned that lesson that hard way.
