I wanted to know if he wants to have a longer personal conversation with me? I can never tell if the Moon is VOC or not, if it moves clockwise then it is, right?

No the moon is not VOC. it is moving counter clockwise following the zodiac so it is moving from cancer then to Leo, and on to Virgo etc. Last aspect moon makes before leaving cancer will be an applying square to mercury. Does that make sense?

Yes it makes sense!

Things I notice here - me in his 3rd house, and Jupiter and Saturn forming an applying square. Does this mean we're going to argue?

It is a possibility. Also notice Jupiter is in Saturn's detriment, so there is something bothering him about you (though I noticed detriment/fall aren't always "dislike", sometimes it can be jealousy or frustration). It looks like you were maybe hoping for a.. romantic twist to the story? I went by Moon being placed in the 5th. But also look at Neptune intercepted in your house.. you could be reading something into it that might or might not be there.

You're the querent, he's the quesited. Uranus colors things but does not bring forth events. I think what he will say to you will take you a little off guard/by surprise.

I think it speaks more about your desire to have a more personal conversation with him. By the looks of things, he seems interested in the work - he is in your 6th.

If I am reading this right.

Probably that I bug him all the time for little things about work : / and he thinks I slack off and just sit on my laptop all shift instead of greeting people. And actually I get really nervous / shy around him and keep our conversations work related! And I was thinking the same thing about Uranus too but with horary I'm never sure if I'm right or just reading it my way. I don't know what I was hoping for, honestly, I've been so infatuated the past few weeks and I don't know where it came from. I think I'm reading into things too. Oh no, I hope it won't be uncomfortable or awkward if anything happens (like him lecturing me or something)

What if we assigned personality types to the houses? So could the 10th house represent someone we consider bossy in general?

Or what if you have two bosses? I interact with one more than the other, and yesterday she actually did talk to me about some mistakes I made and I wasn't expecting it because my other co-worker also used my login, we were busy so I lost track of details.
