I have been seeing a lot of question lately, with VOC moons, and was wondering if you can use this

and just ask your question on the days that aren't vOC?

Seems like you just have to avoid that.....can anybody explain?

That would be cheating and I don't think it will give you an accurate picture of the situation.

When a question arises, that is the birth time of the question and it will give you Yay or Nay whether you like it or not.

However, I have wondered....quite often I ask a question and I mull over the question (e.g. oh should I ask this question? etc) and it plays in my mind ....so which is the correct time? It gets confusing.
