I'm not sure if I use H7 for 'others' who will replace the item (it's a company), H11 because the product is a technological item, or some other house... Anyone have a better understanding with this type of question?

I don't know what significators to choose, to be honest. I've been pondering on it. You own this product, but something is wrong with it and want a replacement, is this right?

7th is the company which you have entered into a commercial contract. 10th would be your business and 11th would be the income of your business. 8th is the company's income/products retro Mercury (remote/communication device) and combust! Yike! It looks like Venus (turned 9th H ruler - foreign - probably made in China) is also combust! Not very well made product then. Why don't you ask your credit card company to refund you and seek other product elsewhere? IP: Logged |

@Dancing Maenad Yes, I own the product I am trying to replace it. 3 of the keys on this external wireless keyboard stopped working within a month of buying it.@Astra7 Actually it's just for personal use, I don't have a business at all. You're right... It's an absolutely horrible product and I will never buy from this company again... EVER. Regardless of what happens. It's unfortunately not possible to get a refund for the product. I bought it with cash.

The only way I can understand it myself, is that I am Saturn, the keyboard is Jupiter/Mars, and the company I want the replacement from is Moon/Sun/Jupiter.Saturn (well at least I'm conjunct the POF and MC) has an applying square to both Moon (them) and the replacement (Jupiter) that I want, applying by 4 and 5 degrees respectively. I believe that I probably will eventually get the product mailed to me, but I imaging I still have quite a bit of struggle left to get it... I'm hoping those degrees mean days and not weeks or months... sigh... it has been so long already... Sadly though, applying squares don't always work out for me... maybe I miss things... but my fingers are crossed that they will send one... that works! IP: Logged |

I was only explaining about 10th and 11th because you mentioned it in your OP so I explained what they were. I don't think you need to use for this question.
