I am in Leo and he is in Scorpio.

I'm always confused abut how to read reception.

If I am Moon in Leo does it mean I don't like Saturn? And Saturn in Scorpio doesn't like the Moon?

So if i wanted to see about reception, I would take the Moon in Leo, and I would be in the dignity of the SUN so that means I love the Sun? Or would it be the Sun loves me?

You are the moon in your 2nd house and he is mars (ruler of your 5th house of romantic interests.). Moon is making an applying trine to mars indicating you two ate on very good terms with eachother and a possible relationship will develop in the future. Nope, you look to what house it's placed in from his 1st (which is technically your 5th.). Counting the number of houses from his 1st, you see the moon is located in his 10th house, which is technically your 2nd.
