Maybe, Mercury and Jupiter are forming an exact (I think) aspect to each other, and you are in his house which I think means he's interested in you romantically? Mercury is opposing Uranus and he, is in his own 2nd house, so I think he is still deciding hence why you (Jupiter) and him (Mercury) are sextile.
