You are Saturn, it makes no aspects so we'll use your co-sig the moon. Venus rules your 3rd house of official documents. Venus conjuncts the moon but both are combust the sun, in detriment and fall in Scorpio, in via combusta and in the 8th house of loss....doesn't look good to be perfectly honest. I'd wait.
