In horary? Is it the same meaning we use for natal charts, that it's a kind of "light switch / maybe" aspect?

Haha, I knew people would be wondering as soon as I saw the typo but then I thought maybe it'd be so attention catching I would get answers faster.

In general Sextiles in Horary are quite positive, but require Effort.
Naturally you need to look at the whole chart and the background of the Sextiling parties.

Hanna, could I ask you quick horary question- what does it mean when the querent and quesited are ruled by the same planet? I am studying horary charts and someone had a Gem ASC and their love interest was 5th house Virgo, with Mercury in 5th too.

Maybe it doesn't mean anything, like textiles. Just thought I would ask since I've seen it a few times.

Hi Bella..not to invade your thread but can provide an answer for you. When the querent and quested have the same sig, use the moon as the querent's co-sig. The moon is usually a co-sig of the querent in any horary question. So in your case, use the moon and keep mercury as the sig for the 5th house ruler
