Unfortunately this chart doesn't look too good to me. Sun is not aspecting Mercury (ruler of your 11th house of friends.) Moon is making a trine but it is separating indicating friendships of the past. What I don't like is that moon is making an applying square to Saturn which is a malific planet. This indicates a "no" in regards to the current situation you're in. You might want to try changing your current situation or maybe asking a question about finding new friends in a specific setting (work, neighborhood, school etc.)
