I just drew a Horary asking if he still had feelings for me. His Sig is Mercury and mine is Jupiter. We DON'T aspect, but I wondered what it meant that I was in his 3rd house, and he was in his 5th which is my 11th. The Moon is in his 12th house (what does that mean if your Sig is in their 12th house?)

Help on this would be great, thank you.

Did you also check for parallels? What about an aspect between moon and mercury? Check the co-sigs for aspects and receptions first. Or just post the chart and I'll take a look.

Feelings has a lot to do with receptions (dignities) not strictly aspects.

Nope Moon and Mercury don't aspect either. But does it mean anything that the significators of the houses we're each in are in the SAME house? You'd think that matter if we're describing the subjects, no?
