I've been having a very hard time lately. I'm with someone who has in the past been abusive in several ways (never severe, and I've never been afraid for my life). He's been great lately and is making a real effort to change, and we have a child together. But ever since the last episode, I've been very depressed. I have such trouble connecting with him. He wants so desperately to keep me, and I feel like he will commit suicide if I leave him, although doing so is always on my mind. I've been letting my mind stray to other people...probably as a defense mechanism against my current feelings towards him. I haven't been trying to connect with him. I don't want to make myself vulnerable. And I really CAN'T feel anything for him right now. I feel extremely emotionally blocked in almost every way, including in my relationship with him. But I feel like for the sake of our baby we should try to make it work. I don't know. I'm going to post my own chart and our synastry chart. Please tell me if you see anything of significance happening for this relationship, or for me. Specifically, if it seems like things will work out, and if I'll be able to feel anything for him anytime soon. Thanks. Hi there, I'm sorry for the difficult time you are currently experiencing  the best thing to do is to cast a horary chart asking the question "will we stay together?" This is a natal chart (event chart) of the moment you ask the question. Use the Regiomontanus house system. I'll take a look once you post that. If you want to have someone analyze your synastry with him, post the synastry chart in the Interpersonal Astrology forum and you should get some feedback there  IP: Logged |

Well you are the moon and he is Mercury. Moon is making an applying square to Mercury so I'm going to say "yes" you'll stay together for now, but it will have obstacles..could be difficult. Horary charts are good for 3-6 months so after this time you can cast another chart and see how things are looking.
