This alwasys mean a no?

You must have an applying aspect for a future event to come to fruition. Because sun is seperating from Saturn, I would say no, you won't see him soon. End of the matter is ruled by Mars which is in your 12th and conjunct a malific so that would verify the "no."

I don't think so. You wanted to know if you will end up being a couple. That is a partnership ruled by your 7th house. Looking to the 4th house from your 7th as to the "end of the matter" you see it is your 10th house. Your 10th is ruled by Mars. Mars sits in your 12th.

Planets are not considered separating until they are 6 minutes apart.

There are 3 kinds of aspects- applying, separating and perfect. This is perfect.

This I agree with this. End-of-Matter Mars ends up in 12th.

BUT!!!!!

Mars is exalted in Capricorn, so that 12th house problem is nil.
That's like accidentally being seen naked, but you're in great shape and just had a Brazilian wax, so who cares, right?!

The 12th can be used for this but the ruler of the 12th for this chart is Saturn which is conjuncting and separating from the Sun and the Sun rules the DC and represents him.

So based on the end of the matter theory it would seem a no although you can always ask again if anything changes.

Tough one...

I would say that it's going to be a 'no' because in my experience, even applying conjunctions don't work out unless the moon or co-significators confirm it. He's also Jupiter with a separating square to your Saturn - so that's a no for me.

Maybe the perfect aspect of your main significators means that you both really want it, but maybe there are other forces at work that are keeping you separated? At least he's sun and your saturn, which means to me that he wants to see you even more than you want to see him :-)
