I cast the chart for when I asked the question, to myself, 'should I get this apartment, or wait until next month?'

My greatest fear is that this deal is only here because of good karma, and if I don't jump on it, I'll have lost any opportunity to really go where it is I long to at last find 'home'.

And yet, there's something that's keeping me from signing on the dotted line. I'd say it's ALMOST perfect. And it's the 'almost' that's pushing me to abide by my husband's assurance that we'll find another place closer to our moving time (1 February 2015). But that little voice says he's being a LITTLE too cavalier. My heart sank when I discovered the place I'd JUST discovered this morning was shown yesterday and, since the showing, has an application in for it.

Logic dictates this is an incredible find, and, as I've said, ALMOST perfect. If I had my druthers, the one that would be the one I want without question, would be a combination of the two I've found. And I wonder... if I hold out ... will it?

What on earth is my deal today? Why can't I decide this?

Lets look at the AC, DC, IC and ruler of the 8th.

Ruler of the 8th is saturn which already makes me think some delays..

Mercury represents you and your dream home and is conjuncting the DC (your partner) who you will make the decision with, sign the contract with and share your dream home with.

I find it interesting that mercury is conjuncting applying venus which rules the 5th and the 12th; I am thinking that one of the reasons you love the home so much is bc it fits nicely with the poly lifestyle with your hubby in some way. Further confirmed by the moon applying venus.

Your husband is not going along with it as you say and it shows in the chart very clearly. It seems he wants to finish some things up work or career related before making the move. Or it could be he wants to finish a project and get paid for it and then he will feel more comfortable moving forward with this. I see delays but once this career thing comes through which I am thinking it will in 2015 then he will feel ready to move.

Perhaps he wants to be financially cautious or just doesn't want moving distractions until this career thing completes..

I love everything about the place -- except the knowledge that I COULD possibly land an apartment with JUST the right features. It's ALMOST the right ones. And I love the location and everything else.

I'd say that if I'd found this and had NEVER seen the other, I'd be sold. Done. Application faxed; ready to roll. But I did. I did see it.

I saw the breezy floor plan reminiscent of houses I loved in my youth. I saw the light stepping -- a touch of elevation -- around the edges. Every time I visit places in my dreams which feel like other timelines, there's that slight elevation. I never thought I'd find anything with that style.

And I saw this one. Just this morning. And they'd gotten an application in from the applicants to whom it was shown YESTERDAY. :cries:

So that's probably why I can't ... QUITE ... just yet.

And my husband clarified, too. He said he thinks it's great, and fits all of our qualifications, too. He was just saying we don't HAVE to feel it's going to vanish if we don't jump on it NOW rather than closer to the move.

As to the delay, you might be seeing that we're going to our hometown for the holidays, and won't even be ready to start moving until mid-January. Maybe? Because I've WANTED to make sure he's not letting that sweetheart of a Pisces MARS disguise the fact he has financial concern. So maybe I need to make absolutely certain ....

Okay, I used to do that a lot. But I never recalled geographic specificity. Clue me in? I can hunt down the planetary hour; but FOR a particular place? That's new.

Sorry, this is off-topic because I don't know how to do horary (but at least I'll give your thread a bump and hopefully others will come and help you out ).

I have been reading a lot of your posts and I just wanted to point out how some things have been rather similar in our lives, especially these days. We share quite a lot of placements, too (I won't list them here because I don't know if you're okay with that, and besides you've seen my chart).

So, if it's any help, I'll share my side of the story.
It's very likely that I'm going to move very soon too. In fact right now my mom is planning stuff for our new home. I don't want to move, to be honest, because that would separate me from my crush I met in 2012. In a way, I feel like going away from him would do me good (also because my studies would benefit a lot from it). But separating from him would leave me with a huge feeling of unfinished business.

I'll stop the off-topic here lol. Let me know if this resonates.
