Okay, when you make a horary you have to make an entirely new chart, one that starts the day and time you thought of the question. So re-do it.

This is your birth chart, which is fine 'cause you know I'll still go to town on it, but it's gonna get moved to Personal Readings more than likely. No biggie.

When you make a horary you're basically giving your question a birthday, so similarly to putting in your birth info you'll put in the birth info of your question.

So you're asking if you'll ever be famous - put in Manhattan, New York, and the time you thought of the question and today's date.

I'm not familiar with career questions but I would assume we'd use the 10th house ruler (which would be Venus, because you'll see the MC, your midheaven, is ruled by Taurus) and your 10th house ruler is in the 5th house (ruled by Sagittarius) and your 5th house ruler is in YOUR first house. I think that's a pretty good sign to begin with.

Now, we look for the question's significator, Venus, to aspect with your ASC because you're always ruled by the 1st house in horary. So in this case your significator is the Sun. Sun and Venus aren't aspecting, so that's minus a brownie point. For females, the Moon is used as a co-significator always unless otherwise specified, Moon and Venus aren't aspecting either. So for now, I would say no, but Horaries are technically only good for 3-6 months too.

I think the fact Jupiter in your own house does signify a certain degree of popularity, because wherever Jupiter is he's fattening up the area he's in by expansion.

Honestly, you might be better off asking this question using your birth chart in the personal readings section, rather than a horary question... it is more of a life question rather than an 'event' question which is what horary is better for...
