Hello all! I asked this question on December 16th 2014 @ 12:05pm Pacific time. I made sure to check the planetary hour and it does indeed match the chart's ascendant, so the question is valid! I asked because I truly would like to know if I will have at least one more child. I currently have two.   So at first glance, it would look like it would be a yes..but I'm not so convinced it's an easy yes (or yes at all for that matter). Ascendant is Jupiter rx in Leo (a barren sign) and moon in via combusta..Should I even read the chart at this point? Not sure. anyway I did a little research and 3rd child is 9th house correct? By that logic the 9th house ruler is in the 6th house Rx..6th house cadent, weak..also perhaps medical issues? Jupiter is applying a sextile to the moon but again it's in via combusta so it's probably not a good thing. Also worrisome is Uranus conjunct south node in the 1st. What I take from this is perhaps I'd like to have a baby, but there will be obstacles it probably can't happen unless I take care of some unknown medical issues. So what do you guys think?

I don't know about the more in depth aspect of horary charts, but I would say that children related matters are represented by the 5th house. So, you should be using the Moon (I think). I would say that as there is a positive aspect between jupiter (ruler of ascendant) and the moon.... This is a yes. However, there may be other things that I am not skilled to interpret here.I think the 5th house is more fitting for children though. IP: Logged |

Thanks for answering the question!! And I will be saving this image as I'm often confused about what houses to use for what. As for as what house to use for pregnancy and children, I've read that the first child is 5th house, 2nd child is the 7th and 9th is for the 3rd. There is honestly so much conflicting information out there I'm not sure what to believe. IP: Logged |

Yes, I've read somewhere as well that you use different houses for each child but I haven't seen it again. If you use the 5th, I see a yes, and both cusps are fertile which is an excellent sign. There is so much to look at regarding 'baby' horaries though, so it requires more research... IP: Logged |

The only thing that throws off the 5th house being used is the time period. Moon in a cardinal angle would be days. But using 9th house jupiter would be fixed & cadent for time unknown. I've read that fixed cadent planets don't really perform at all. And then I don't see a man at all in this chart either. Suffice it to say that I probably can get pregnant & have another one but of course it might not happen. Well no time soon...to be honest I've always been concerned about medically being able to have more so guess the chart answers that for me. IP: Logged |
