I think I would use the first and fifth houses for this question, because it's a question about romance, not partnership (from the way you stated it).
That would be Venus and Mercury - running away from each other. Maybe you just ended something recently in some way...
Saturn is in your 7th house, so that is a stricture for most people, and in this case I think it's definitely working as a stricture. Maybe the Universe hasn't created a plan yet... who knows.
It does kind of stand out a little that the moon (in the turned 5th) has just left Chiron (were you wounded by an ex recently?), but the next it hits is Uranus - (so something unexpected maybe) but you have to first leave Pisces and enter Aries (think about what those two signs mean to you - possibly endings and beginnings) then shortly after you start over and leave the turned 5th (probably a previous partners house of romance), something unexpected/exciting might happen... Maybe the Universe is telling you that you first have to get over an ex before it will allow you to have that exciting new romance...
